RunDesk

Help & support

RunDesk is set up for your business by your company's RunDesk admin — usually the owner or office manager. They create logins and choose which parts of RunDesk each person can use, in Office › Users. For most problems they're the quickest person to ask.

Open RunDesk

I forgot my password

  1. On the RunDesk sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password or email?
  2. Tap I forgot my password, type the email you sign in with, and tap Send reset link.
  3. Open the email from RunDesk and tap the link — it works for 1 hour.
  4. Check it's your email, tick the box, and choose a new password (at least 10 characters).

No email after a few minutes? Check your junk folder, make sure the address is exactly right, or ask your company's RunDesk admin to send you a reset link from Office › Users.

I don't know which email I use

  1. Search your inbox for "RunDesk". Your login email is the one that received your invite or "confirm your email" message.
  2. Try your work email first — most companies set staff up with their work address.
  3. Ask your company's RunDesk admin. In Office › Users they can see the login email for each staff member, change it, or send you a new invite or reset link.
  4. If you're the company owner, contact RunDesk (the person who set up your company's account). We'll check who you are before changing anything.

Install RunDesk on your phone

From the app stores

Search for RunDesk in the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android) once it's listed, install it, and sign in with your RunDesk login.

iPhone or iPad (from the website)

  1. Open RunDesk in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (square with an arrow).
  3. Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

Android (from the website)

  1. Open RunDesk in Chrome.
  2. Tap the ⋮ menu.
  3. Tap Install app (or Add to Home screen), then Install.

Computer

In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon at the right of the address bar, or just bookmark the page.

Using RunDesk without signal

If the RunDesk server can't be reached, a "working offline" banner shows. Keep working — your changes stay on the device and send automatically when the connection is back. Don't sign out while changes are waiting to send.

Switching between Office, Fleet Command, Driver, Yard and Workshop

Tap the RunDesk button at the bottom right of the screen. You'll only see the parts your login is allowed to use — ask your admin if something's missing.

Privacy and deleting your account

Read the privacy policy, or see how to delete your RunDesk login.

Contact

Contact your company's RunDesk admin first. Company owners and admins can contact RunDesk through the person who set up their company's RunDesk account. Never send your password to anyone.
