Simple pricing in Australian dollars
$89 a month per company
plus $15 per driver, yard or workshop login, and $35–$69 per office login. All five apps, the website booking widget and offline use are included. Prices are ex GST.
A small operator with two drivers and one full-access login for the owner pays $188 a month ex GST ($206.80 inc GST). Pay annually and get 2 months free.

Common questions
Does it work without phone signal?
Yes. Each phone or tablet keeps a copy of the company's RunDesk data, so drivers and the yard keep working in dead spots. A "working offline" banner shows, and changes send automatically when the connection is back.
Where is our data stored?
In Australia — in Supabase's Sydney region. Each company can only see its own records; that's enforced by the database itself, not just the app.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or prepay a year and get 2 months free.
We run everything off a spreadsheet. How hard is it to switch?
