RunDesk

Show customers their bin photos and weights

Customers who sign in on your website see the photos your drivers and yard took for their own jobs, and the bin weight once it's tipped.

Fewer "where's my bin?" calls

Once a bin is delivered, swapped, picked up or tipped, the photos and the weight show up on the customer's "My jobs" page on your website, sorted into Delivery, Pickup, Changeover and Tipping. Builders can check placement without ringing the office; householders can see the bin went where they asked.

Fewer disputes

A placement photo with the date and time settles most "it wasn't like that" conversations. Weights from the weighbridge ticket answer overweight charges before they're questioned.

Private by design

  • A customer only sees jobs booked under their own email address — and only after they've signed in and confirmed that email.
  • Photos stay in RunDesk's private storage and are shown through links that expire after an hour.
  • The portal can't see your other customers, prices or notes.
  • You switch it on and off in Office › Settings.

What you need

A website where customers can sign in (many operators already have one for orders). We add the "My jobs" section to it with you; it's a small drop-in that doesn't change the rest of your site.
